 This English version of the Terms & Conditions is provided for your convenience. By using our website or engaging Techno Test USA LLC to assist with your vehicle purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 Techno Test USA LLC ("we", "our", "us") is an independent consulting service that assists clients in the United States with purchasing a motor vehicle. We act solely on behalf of our clients and do not accept commissions, fees or gifts from sellers, dealerships or related parties.

 We provide guidance throughout the vehicle purchase process. Our services may include one or more of the following:

• Analyzing your needs, preferences and budget.
• Searching for vehicles that match your criteria and verifying their availability.
• Ordering and interpreting vehicle history reports such as CARFAX - up to 10 reports; report fees are payable by the customer, and explaining their contents.
• Communicating with sellers on your behalf and negotiating purchase terms - up to 3 full negotiations.
• Assisting with paperwork and ensuring proper transfer of ownership (title), excluding government fees.
• Communicating with you via email, SMS or WhatsApp to keep you informed.

We do not buy or sell vehicles ourselves and we are not a dealer. All purchase decisions are solely yours.

Our fee is based on your satisfaction with our service. For our service, we ask for a payment between $400 and $800 USD, you may choose the amount you deem appropriate within this gap when your new car is in your parking (we do not wish to receive payment before hand). If you decide not to purchase a vehicle that we have recommended, there is no obligation to pay anything at all; however, even in that case, many clients choose to contribute as a sign of appreciation.

 While we strive to provide accurate information and prudent advice, you are responsible for:

• Reviewing all vehicle information and making the final decision to purchase.
• Paying for vehicle history reports and any required government fees.
• Ensuring that any financing, insurance or registration requirements are satisfied.

Our service is advisory in nature. We cannot guarantee the future condition of any vehicle or the completeness of information provided by sellers or third‑party data services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techno Test USA LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty that a vehicle will be free of defects or fit for a particular purpose. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you have paid for our service. 

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide (such as your name, contact details and vehicle preferences) solely to provide our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as needed to perform the services you request. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute controversy, or claim, arising out of these terms or your use of our services will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

 Because the service is fully delivered before any payment is finalized and because you are only needed to pay if you decided to use our service and buy a car we recommended you:

• No traditional refunds are required.
• Also, you choose how much to pay based on satisfaction.
• If you were not satisfied at all, you may choose to pay only the minimum fee ($400).
   

We do not offer 100% refunds because:

• Every consultation includes expert time, research, and data.
• Even partial insights can impact your buying decision.

Independent  verification required Before you make any purchase decision, you should      conduct your own due diligence, which at a minimum includes, a test drive,  a review of maintenance history, verification of title status and liens,   and a review of recall notices, safety ratings, and applicable local laws.  Do not rely solely on automated reports, online listings, or AI analyses. 

6. Third party content and services The website may reference or link to third party websites, tools, data sources, marketplaces, lenders, insurers, inspectors, and other services. These are provided for your convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third party content, practices, policies, products, or services. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and those parties. 

7. No involvement in transactions We are not a party to any transaction between you and a seller, dealer, marketplace, lender, insurer, physical inspector/mechanic or service provider. We do not broker sales, set prices, handle payments, hold funds, transfer title, or provide escrow or delivery services. 

8. Assumption of risk Buying, selling, financing, and operating a vehicle involves risk,      including financial loss, mechanical failure, safety issues, fraud risk, and regulatory compliance obligations. You assume all risks arising from your use of the information on this website and from any transactions you undertake. 

9. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the      website owner and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business  interruption, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the website or any reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
